Seal Rogers Williams Released!

Posted on April 18, 2017

Exciting news!! Seal Rogers Williams, named after the veterinarian at NMLC, was our last seal from 2016 to still be in rehab with our friends at National Marine Life Center. He was rescued from Rye Harbor on September 30th and was finally released back to the wild this afternoon after battling the Pox Virus. Rogers’s release was private to minimize stress and to ensure an easy transition back into the wild after 7 months in rehabilitation. We are so happy to see him back where he belongs!
