Environmental Day Camps
Kids love our camps! Whether onsite or field-trip-based (grades 6-8), our camp programs spark curiosity and empower kids to see themselves as scientists and naturalists, excited about discovering the world around them.
Children are grouped by grade, and Trekkers (ages 4 to 5) have their own classroom. For summer camp, please select session for the grade your child is currently in.
Come find out why many of our campers return year after year and form lasting friendships!
Medical Health Forms
Medical Health forms are now to be filled out and saved in your personal CampBrain (our camp registration software) account. You will find information on camper guidelines and other required forms in CampBrain as well. If you prefer, you may download and submit printed health forms for your camper.
Whether your little trekker is ready for adventure or is a bit shy, our counselors take special care to meet children where they are at and comfortably ease them into their day. Through play-based activities and guided exploration that follows their curiosity, children gain confidence as young naturalists and scientists.

Marine Biology Camp for High School Students
This one-week marine biology camp is for science-minded high school students interested in pursuing studies in marine biology or a related science field. Working with SSC’s live animals, scientific instruments, and in group-based projects, the hands-on lessons give students practical experience and insight into marine science careers.
Health and Safety Protocol
Seacoast Science Center believes that the safety of its visitors, program participants, staff, and volunteers is paramount. For over 31 years, SSC has established a track record of putting the safety of its program participants first. We also believe it is important for SSC to provide a trusted source of child daycare for parents and an educational outlet for children in our community.
Please see our health and safety protocol for youth programs section in CampBrain for details. Be aware that there may be updates to our policies to ensure a safe environment if a community health situation arises.
