Through rescue and education, we ensure that New Hampshire’s coast is a safe and healthy place for humans and seals alike.
It costs $80,000 on an average year to operate the NH Marine Mammal Rescue Program. While we receive limited federal assistance through the John H. Prescott grant fund, we raise most of the programs operating costs on our own. We rely on our community help to make keep our team ready to respond. Please help save the seals!
Here are some examples of how your contribution may be used:
|$10||Safety vest for a volunteer responder|
|$20||Field response kit|
|$50||One month of 24/7 hotline service|
|$100||A triage kit to support one animal|
|$500||Transportation for one sick or injured animal|
|$1,000||Training and supplies for all MMR volunteers for one year|
|$2,500||Advanced training for one MMR team member|
|$5,000||Educate the public about marine mammal safety|
