Volunteer's Book and Breakfast

The October book choice reads like a summer crime novel but is one of the most talked about local murder mysteries of the 19th Century. Join us as we discuss Moonlight Murder at Smuttynose by Lyman V. Rutledge. This booklet tells the story of the controversial murders of Smuttynose residents Anethe and Karen Christensen.

Readers are encouraged to bring pictures or articles that would add to the discussion. After the discussion we will go to the cemetery in Portsmouth to visit the sisters' graves.

Book group discussion runs from 9-10 a.m. Books are available for purchase at the Nature Store. Feel free to bring a breakfast item to share.

Please sign-up by contacting us at 603-436-8043 or info@seacentr.org.
